Sponsorship and Royalty program:

We now offer sponsorship to individuals and motorsport organizations. To become involved with our company, please submit an application by contacting the Webmaster. For full sponsorship, applicants need to be liscenced in some form of sanctioned racing.

Because of the sponsorship applications we have recieved regarding our 12 valve Audi tuning program, we have worked out a partial sponsorship program for the Audi enthusiast. Here is an example of what partial sponsorship is:



THIS AGREEMENT dated as of [date] between [name] of [location] and Motodyne of 908 East Park Ave Hainesport NJ 08036.

IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. MotoDyne agrees to provide a stage 1 power package upgrade to [name]'s 12 valve Audi a4. This system will include a MotoDyne low boost 12 valve supercharger system. This package will also include other 12 valve MotoDyne manufactured parts outside of the supercharger system package. This MotoDyne package for parts and service (after service installation) is valued at $8,595.00. [Name] will make a payment of $3,500.00 with the agreement to represent MotoDyne and its products and services at seven (7) recognized car shows by May 1, 2006. 2. A down payment of $1,000 from the initial $3,500.00 agreed upon amount needs to be received two weeks prior to the installation. Failure to meet this term will break the agreement.

3. A performance portfolio will be handed over to the owner that documents the modifications and on-site training of the system?s service and function.

4. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and stands in the place of any previous agreement, whether oral or in writing. The parties agree that no amendment to this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless it is in writing and executed by both parties.

5. This Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of each of the parties hereto.

6. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

7. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement may be negotiated and transmitted between the parties by means of a facsimile machine and that the terms and conditions agreed to are binding upon the parties. Upon the Agreement being accepted, copies of the facsimile will be validated by both parties forthwith.
