Newest NATO standards Armored T2
MotoDyne vehicles can be equipped to provide maximum ballistic protection, enough to stop an armor-piercing projectile from a military assault rifle. What sets a MotoDyne Armored car aside from other custom manufactures in the business is our retention of the Vehicles performance or as we call it: the ability to "Maintain the Power to Weight Ratio." Armored Manufactures fail to realize that the added weight of materials used for protection dramatically affects the vehicles performance.

The materials used grant safety against attack with a handgun level CEN B6 ( as per DIN EN 1522 and DIN EN 1063 ).
This means safety against rifle up to caliber 7.62 x 51 (SC).The floor of the car is armoured against attack of up to 2 handgrenades DM51.

Engine and Performance
The MotoDyne Supercharger features a custom one piece intake manifold with a heavy wall casting for (sound deadening) and wrap around fins for strength and cooling.
A Swiss manufactured AX series Lysholm supercharger is incorporated into the systems design. The Lysholm is noted as one of the best twin screw compressors worldwide. It's design matches the engines mechanical finish perfectly with its metric hex hardware. Enhanced by a hi-temp black powder coat and machined finish; it's an absolutely perfect match.
The MotoDyne Supercharger makes positive pressure right off idle for smooth powerful engine response right to redline. Delivering up to 50% horsepower increase with the ability to increase torque by 55%. Squeeze the throttle in any gear for instant acceleration its smooth flowing runners and plenum are used to deliver matched power and torque. With a superior drive belt configuration, of 90 percent belt wrap on the blower drive pulley, there is no wasted boost under load from belt slippage or power steering cut out in bad weather due to a miss-configured idler and belt orientation. A Bosch bypass valve relieves the blower pressure at idle and light-throttle cruise to maintain the best gas mileage.
When not under boost, it only takes 1/3-horsepower to turn the twin-rotors.

Rims and Suspension

The new Goodyear Eagle NCT5 operates effectively without air for up to 185 miles at 50 mph. Both the 17&18-inch tires achieve run-flat capability without noticeable tradeoffs in performance, handling or comfort. Roadside tire changes and handling problems caused by rapid air loss are also eliminated.
Proven performance: In 1992, Goodyear introduced the first original-equipment run-flat application for conventional wheels. The system worked so effectively that run-flat tires were specified as standard equipment on several manufactures vehicles.
Prestige German automaker BMW has become the third auto manufacturer worldwide to approve Goodyear EMT run-flat tires. Thanks in part to tire reliability, Chevrolet and Plymouth eliminated the spare tires, wheels and tire-changing equipment from these several of their new vehicles. Automotive News magazine has named Goodyear and its run-flat tires as finalists for its prestigious PACE Awards, recognizing automotive supplier innovation and technology.
MotoDyne armored vehicles are equipped with extra-long wheel studs. They are designed with a thick center shank for additional metal to metal contact for reduced stud flex which is vital for high performance and racing wheels in the conditions they may be subjected to during an evasion or threat scenario. The
chromemoly steel studs are heat-treated and have a 190,000 PSI tensile strength rating.
MotoDyne air suspension for armored vehicle application:
Like all components, MotoDyne selects the best regarding material and product performance.
Audi AG has selected Continental Teves as the sole supplier of its adjustable air suspension system for the 2001 Allroad Quattro. Making its North American debut this fall, the Audi Allroad Quattro is an all-new crossover vehicle designed to set new performance standards in the emerging off-road-capable luxury class. It was introduced in Europe in March 2000. This new, highly sophisticated four-corner air suspension system is only available from Continental.
The Allroad Quattro's four-position, height adjustable air suspension designed and produced by Continental Teves is state-of-the-art and unique to Audi. It is not offered on any of the Audi Allroad's competitors. Height sensors control air spring struts at each wheel to vary the ride between 5.6 and 8.2 inches. In its highest position, the Allroad Quattro offers more ground clearance than most of its competitors. The lowest ride height is intended for optimum travel at highway speeds. Reducing the vehicle's ground clearance trims aerodynamic drag considerably, which in turn enhances performance while minimizing excessive fuel consumption at higher speeds. The versatile suspension ensures optimum dynamics when driving at high speeds, as well as a high level of comfort and ample ground clearance when driven off-road. While the intelligent system actually lowers the body in four stages as road speed increases, the driver also can manually select the most suitable ride height with the press of a button on the center console.
Continental Teves' air suspension system is composed of the strut (air spring over shock), height sensor, compressor with integrated air dryer, valve block to modulate the air pressure, a reservoir tank and electronic control unit. Continental Teves is manufacturing the system in Gifhorn, Germany to support Audi's vehicle production in Neckarsulm.

These brake packages are race proven, have extreme durability built in and are capable of shorter stopping distances over OEM brakes.

This state-of-the-art system also allows the engine tuner to take precise control of an EFI engine's operating parameters. As a true Speed/Density system, this design allows for maximum performance tuning in a variety of applications. Each SEFI system is tunable and includes C-Com, an easy-to-use; icon-driven software program that is PC compatible. All Sequential ECUs can be updated with any options not added at initial time of purchase.

Interior and Format
MotoDyne integrates a computer system that monitors all functions and doubles as a second office or gaming unit.
TV Audio/Video and DVD
Integrated with MotoDyne's in car computer system, Alpine Headrest TV screens and a center mounted Flat screen. The video and audio systems can be used to entertain with DVD movies, MP3's, navigation maps or aid professionals in business with conferencing and presentations.
Satellite phone service packages are available. Cellular devices that can not be traced provide secure communication. Devices are chosen based on the customers telecommunication needs (Cellular modem packages for in car computer systems also available).
GPS and Tracking
Each MotoDyne prepared car is equipped with a Garmin GPS. Garmin International Inc. designs, manufactures and markets navigation and communications equipment for the aviation and consumer markets. Their products serve aviation, marine, automotive, wireless, OEM, and general recreation applications. With a diverse product line and distributors in virtually every part of the world, Garmin has built and sold millions of GPS receivers. They have set the standard in GPS devices and are a proven reliable product.

The Optima battery is a high performance starting battery that can provide 800 CCA in the space of a G24 battery. Its a sealed AGM type unit with spiral wound plates designed to maximize the surface area. It features zero maintenance, long shelf life, a low discharge rate and is good for 9,000 to 12,000 starts.
The OPTIMA Yellow Top Deep Cycle Battery should be used in the following cases:

Safety and Service
Fuel tank protection
The fuel tank is removed during the conversion process and the tank is enclosed in a blanket that is very similar to a bullet proof vest.
Grenade Floor Protection
Priority in some 3rd world countries sold along side our Optional Protection configuration: Floor protection against heavy destruction devices such as TNT, pipe bombs, grenades, and land mines.
Another level of protection overlooked. Since most cars do not utilize a full frame the roof is the vehicles main support structure. And is also the next best target aside from the windshield. It would be nice to forget the damage certain objects can inflict from a highway overpass.
Inside trunk release
Another simple device, should you be overtaken prior to entering your vehicle. Similar in design to a hood release. This is shown to the driver or accompanying passengers upon delivery of vehicle.
Locking Fuel Filler
Some of the simplest things are sometimes overlooked. Most fuel filler doors when locked can be manipulated open with a flat edge tire iron or large screwdriver, an easy target for vehicle destruction. Until a seated locked cap is found underneath.
Swagelok Fuel Lines
MotoDyne uses Swagelok tube and fittings to design all armored car fuel systems. Swagelok has developed the world's best gas fittings; their material performance and product performance is far superior to anything on the market.

Using several design methods based on engine configurations. Most noted the Audi Quattro with its high mounted very forward radiator.
MotoDyne builds an integrity structure for radiator protection, a key target area used by someone wanting to disable a vehicle with a firearm.
Stainless Steel Exhaust
After the Engine Dyno results are given, MotoDyne selects the proper exhaust chamber based on State and Federal Noise pollution levels and the owners Requirements.
MotoDyne designs a one off system based on performance software and the engines
Dyno results. This system incorporates Stainless steel flanges and tube. The design focus centers on performance, sound and esthetics.
MotoDyne will configure a stainless steel flat bottom for the vehicle after all options are installed. This prevents any hidden devices from being placed under the tank. This also prevents damage to rotating assemblies like CV joints and axels being bound by road debris or shrapnel. A second skin for fuel and brake lines and the gas tank. Not only great protection on rough terrain but it's also beneficial at high speed with its rear valance diffuser.

Stainless Steel Brake Lines
MotoDyne's D.O.T. Porsche stainless steel braided brake lines constructed using hose lined with Teflon?, making it compatible with all brake line fluids on the market today. The strong inner braid of DuPont Kevlar brand fiber along with the outer braid of stainless steel give this brake hose a working pressure of over 4000 psi, providing the firmest pedal possible. Our Brake system components are designed to withstand serious friction from extreme braking.
MotoDyne incorporates a hidden Halon system granted a fire erupts from vehicle fluids or ammunition fire or incendiary devices.
Our automotive fire systems meet and exceed all sanctioning body requirements, featuring all the same materials and design used in aircraft systems. All systems utilize aluminum high pressure cylinders, meeting both U.S. and Canadian D.O.T. standards, and a billet aluminum five way operating discharge head. Activation is available via pull cable or push knob without changing the head. The
MotoDyne systems are capable of accepting up to three separate discharge lines, allowing flexibility not found in other systems.
All systems are available in 5 or 10 lbs Halon capacity.
The basic EDS system consists of the following items: the aluminum oxygen cylinder with Full-Pack, the XCR primary reducing regulator, low-pressure service line, the EDS unit and the breathing cannula and face mask for correct pressure and oxygen delivery. The low-pressure service line is a high quality polyurethane line that is kink-resistant and flexible under varying temperatures. The cannula, face mask and service line connect to the EDS unit via color-coded "Quick-Connects" providing an air-tight fitting by hand. These fittings can be connected and disconnected many times. With the optional XCP connecting kit, the EDS can be used with an XCP system at the same time flowmeters are being used.
Nitrous Oxide Kit
The MotoDyne stage II Uses actual bottle pressure to regulate the nitrous to fuel ratio, always optimizing the mix. Never too rich, never too lean. Unlike other N20 systems on the market that claim to be "Plug and Play systems"
MotoDyne incorporates the safety of a "WET system", matching support fuel by using a patented mechanism.
MotoDyne produces the only advanced N20 system available that controls both N20 and fuel! As seen in the movie "Ronin".
